Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of janayushsansthan.org and the online services made available by Jan Ayush Sansthan, INDIA (referred to as the “Institution”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They apply to visitors, applicants, trainees, members, and anyone who submits information through our forms, downloads resources, or uses verification tools. By continuing to use the website you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal data is handled. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the site and refrain from submitting personal or sensitive information through it.
1. Who we are
Jan Ayush Sansthan, INDIA is a health education and public-awareness organisation focused on strengthening primary-care literacy and workforce readiness in India. Our work includes structured training pathways, community health camps, awareness content aligned with national health priorities, and CMS & ED–oriented skilling as described across Courses, CMS & ED pages, and related programme documentation.
Role of this website
This website is the Institution’s primary public channel for programme information, admission and membership workflows, notices, news, downloads, study materials, and online verification. It does not replace individual counselling, official circulars, or signed agreements where those are required.
Registered address & official communications
For postal and regulatory correspondence, our registered contact address is: 45, Vinayak City, Indira Nagar, Takrohi, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226016, India. Time-sensitive matters (fee deadlines, exam schedules, batch changes) are routinely published on the Notices page and may be supplemented through office communication. You are responsible for checking notices periodically if you are an applicant, trainee, or member.
2. Website purpose & hierarchy of documents
All narrative content on this site—including course summaries, FAQs, awareness articles, and camp descriptions—is provided for general information and orientation. It is prepared in good faith but is not an offer or binding undertaking unless confirmed through the channels described below.
What governs if documents disagree
The following categories of document and communication take precedence over conflicting website text, in descending order of specificity unless the Institution expressly states otherwise:
- Signed agreements, fee receipts, admit cards, result sheets, certificates, and membership credentials issued by the Institution or its authorised signatories;
- Official prospectuses, syllabi, examination regulations, and addenda published as notices;
- Written or email instructions from designated office addresses in response to your enquiry;
- General website pages, including this Terms page, where no conflict exists.
Where the website has not yet been updated after a policy change, the official notice or written communication shall prevail. We encourage you to retain copies of all submissions and acknowledgements for your records.
3. No medical advice; emergencies
Nothing on this website—whether labelled as awareness, study notes, camp reporting, or trainee material—constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Content is educational and institutional in nature. It does not create a clinician–patient or telemedicine relationship between you and the Institution or its faculty.
Professional care
Decisions about your health or that of others must be made with a registered medical practitioner or other licensed professional appropriate to the jurisdiction and context. Trainees must practise only within the scope permitted by law, registration, supervision, and institutional rules applicable to their role.
Emergency
In a medical or safety emergency anywhere in India, dial 112 for the national emergency number, or 108 for ambulance services where available, and proceed to the nearest appropriate hospital without delay.
4. Programmes, qualifications & professional scope
Programme pages describe learning outcomes, indicative structure, and intended audience. Completion of a course, award of a certificate, or use of the Institution’s name in a curriculum vitae does not, by itself, confer a statutory right to practise medicine, prescribe drugs, perform surgery, or undertake any act reserved to a particular cadre under central or state law.
Law, registration & employer policy
Your ability to deliver clinical or community health services depends on current Indian statutes, state rules, council or board registration, local licensing, insurance requirements, and employer protocols. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your practice remains lawful and appropriately supervised.
Partners, WHO references & MoU material
References to the World Health Organization, essential medicines lists, partner networks, or documents accessible from our MoU pages are provided for education, alignment with standards, and transparency. They do not extend third-party warranties to you, and they do not authorise any clinical act beyond what your qualifications and the law permit.
5. Admissions, fees, refunds & sessions
Online admission facilities are designed to streamline application and document upload. They are operated subject to seat availability, eligibility verification, and compliance checks. Submission of an online form does not guarantee selection, enrolment, or issuance of an identity card until the Institution confirms acceptance through the procedure stated on Admission and in force at the time of your application.
Fees & payment integrity
Fee amounts, instalment schedules, acceptable payment modes, late fees, and any refund or adjustment policy are determined by the applicable prospectus and office instructions. You must pay only through officially notified channels (for example, designated bank details or gateways referenced on forms or receipts). The Institution is not responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons or accounts.
Sessions, batches & logistics
Session dates, venue or online delivery mode, batch strength, and assessment calendars may be adjusted for operational, regulatory, or force majeure reasons. Material changes will, where practicable, be communicated through notices or direct communication to enrolled trainees. Continued attendance after such communication constitutes practical acceptance of the revised schedule unless a separate grievance process is published.
6. Forms, documents, declarations & consent
You warrant that all information and documents supplied through our forms are accurate, complete, and not misleading to the best of your knowledge. Identity documents, educational certificates, photographs, and other uploads must be genuine, legible, and within the file type and size limits displayed on the form.
Dual confirmation for admission
For the admission application, you must actively confirm before submission that: (1) the particulars and documents are true; and (2) you have read and accept these Terms & Conditions. A submission lacking both confirmations is treated as incomplete and may not be processed.
Consequences of misrepresentation
Discovery of forged documents, impersonation, plagiarism, or material false statements may result in summary rejection, cancellation of admission, forfeiture of fees in accordance with published rules, reporting to competent authorities where required by law, and disqualification from future applications, without prejudice to other remedies available to the Institution.
7. Membership
Membership categories, fees, duration, entitlements, renewal conditions, and expected standards of conduct are described on the Membership page and may be supplemented by membership cards, letters, or notices. Membership is a privilege, not a right, and may be declined, suspended, or revoked for breach of these Terms, institutional discipline rules, or applicable law.
Online application or payment does not finalise membership until the Institution issues confirmation (which may include verification of credentials or payment reconciliation). You may verify status where applicable through Membership Verification after enrolment data has been recorded.
8. Verification tools, certificates & reliance
The Institution provides self-service verification to support employers, trainees, alumni, and the public. Tools include Validate Admission, Certificate / Result Verification, Membership Verification, and Second Verification where offered. Screen output reflects records held by the Institution at the instant of the query and may be updated if records are corrected after audit or disciplinary action.
Fair & lawful use
You must not use verification features to harass individuals, conduct bulk automated queries without permission, reverse-engineer or circumvent access controls, cache results for misleading republication, or attempt to obtain information about third parties without a legitimate purpose. Suspected abuse may lead to IP blocking, referral to law enforcement, or civil action where appropriate.
Disputes on authenticity
In any disagreement concerning certificates, results, or membership, the Institution’s authenticated register, examination records, and written determinations after due enquiry shall prevail over informal screenshots or third-party claims, subject to rights available to you under Indian law.
9. Study materials, downloads & derivative use
Materials accessible from Student study materials, Downloads, and linked volumes are intended for personal, non-commercial learning by persons whom the Institution has authorised to access them (for example, enrolled trainees or members within the scope of their access).
- You may not host, sell, bundle, or systematically redistribute our PDFs, slides, or compiled notes on other websites, app stores, or print-on-demand services without prior written permission;
- Short quotations for academic citation or review may be permitted where allowed by copyright law, with clear attribution to Jan Ayush Sansthan;
- Machine extraction (“scraping”) of study pages for training AI models or commercial datasets is prohibited without express consent.
File-specific conditions shown on download pages form part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property & branding
Unless otherwise indicated, the Institution or its licensors own copyright, layout rights, and database rights in website text, graphics, photographs, logos, course names, compiled curricula, and software workflows used to deliver forms and verification. Names and marks of partner organisations remain the property of their respective owners.
No licence is granted except as expressly stated (including the limited personal-use licence in section 9). Unauthorised use of our logo, seal, or certificate artwork for external marketing may constitute passing off or trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

We do not endorse all content found there, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or privacy practices.

12. Accuracy, availability & changes
We exercise reasonable care in maintaining the website but do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from typographical errors, or compatibility with every device, browser, or assistive technology combination. Maintenance, hosting outages, cyber incidents, or regulatory takedowns may cause temporary unavailability.
Fees, contact numbers, URLs, syllabi, and statutory references may change without prior notice on every page; material institutional policies will, where appropriate, be highlighted through Notices. We may revise these Terms periodically; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be amended accordingly. Continued use of the site after publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version to the extent permitted by applicable law.
13. Acceptable use & security

14. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, the Institution and its trustees, officers, faculty, volunteers, and technology suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or opportunities) arising from your use or inability to use the website, from reliance on its content, or from unauthorised access to your transmissions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Subject to non-waivable statutory rights (including consumer protection or special tribunals where they apply), you agree that courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of janayushsansthan.org.
