Prakritik chikitsa and natural healing: diet, lifestyle, hydrotherapy-related modalities (per syllabus), anatomy and physiology basics, and community hygiene — structured training with MPYPCP programme alignment.
Diploma combining naturopathy with yogic science: asana and pranayama foundations, therapeutic yoga for prevention, naturopathy modalities, safe practice and contraindications, and wellness outreach.
Movement science and yoga-based therapeutics: body mechanics, safe exercise progression, functional support, documentation basics, and clear referral to registered physiotherapy or medicine where the law requires.

Jan Ayush Sansthan runs four named diploma tracks. One is the CMS & ED primary-care and essential-medicines pathway (Jan Ayush syllabus and certification). 18-month diploma (12 theory + 6 internship): rural first-contact care, vital signs, common illnesses, hygiene, rational use of a primary-care essential-medicines teaching set, referral judgement, and medico-legal limits.
