Admission
Admission, fees & refunds — how it works
The information below summarises the institutional framework for applications, payments, and refunds. Authoritative figures, deadlines, and percentages (if any) for your intake are always those published in the official prospectus, fee circulars, and Notices issued for that session. Where this page and an official document differ, the official document prevails. For contractual detail, see Terms & Conditions (especially the section on admissions and fees).
Eligibility & selection
Programmes, entry requirements, and study modes are described on our Courses pages and in programme-specific prospectuses. Submitting this online form is a request for consideration only. The Institution verifies documents, eligibility, seat availability, and compliance with internal rules before confirming admission. You are not enrolled until you receive written or officially notified confirmation (including any instructions printed on admit cards, fee receipts, or enrolment letters).
Application data & documents
You must provide particulars and uploads that are true, complete, and legible. Forged certificates, impersonation, or material misrepresentation may result in rejection, cancellation after admission, or other action under applicable rules. By submitting the form you also confirm acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy regarding use of your data.
Fees & payment
Course fees, instalment plans, late-payment rules, and acceptable payment modes are notified for each intake through the prospectus and office communications. You must pay only through officially designated channels (for example, account details or UPI identifiers published by the Institution). Retain bank or UPI confirmations and, where the form asks, attach a clear payment screenshot. The Institution is not responsible for funds transferred to unofficial accounts or individuals.
Refunds, withdrawal & fee adjustments
Whether a fee is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable—and the timeline and procedure for requests—depends on the fee rules applicable to your programme and batch, as published or communicated for that intake. Typical factors (without limiting the Institution’s discretion where law and policy allow) may include: stage of admission (application only vs confirmed enrolment), date of withdrawal, commencement of classes, and administrative or examination costs already incurred.
- Do not treat informal telephone assurances as binding; seek written confirmation or published notices where amounts or deadlines are material.
- Approved refunds, if any, are normally processed through the same banking channel where practicable, subject to verification and statutory deductions if required.
- For disputes, quote your application reference, transaction ID, and copies of receipts when you contact the office.
Sessions, batches & changes
Batch labels, session dates, and venue or online delivery may be adjusted for operational, regulatory, or force majeure reasons. Material changes will, where practicable, be announced through Notices or direct communication to applicants or enrolled trainees.
After admission
Confirmed trainees are expected to follow attendance, assessment, discipline, and professional-conduct rules stated in the prospectus and institutional handbooks. Completion of training and issuance of certificates remain subject to satisfactory fulfilment of academic and administrative requirements.
